Step 1: Browse our inventory. You can find a list of our available equipment and rental rates in our rental catalog. Feel free to take a look and select the items you want to rent.
Step 2 : Check availability, contact us via e-mail, phone, text or online to reserve equipment if available.

Step 3 : We will provide a detailed quote, once you confirm your rental items, we will send a rental agreement for you to complete. It outlines the terms and conditions of the rental, including rental period, rental rate, deposit requirements, and liability waiver.
Step 4: Deposits are 25% of the total contract amount. We accept payments through Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. WA State sales taxes apply to all contracts. If you cancel your reservation within 10 days of the event date, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if you cancel before those 10 days, the deposit is fully refundable.
Important Things To Notes :
We allow changes in the contract up to 15 days before your event date, any changes made within the 15 days we cannot guarantee, but we will do the best of our abilities to accommodate. Final balance is due once rental items are delivered.
